During metal cutting, residual impurities such as iron filings and fine metal powder carried by coolant will scratch workpiece surfaces, impair surface finish and dimensional accuracy, accelerate tool abrasion and even block pipeline channels without timely removal. Equipped with multi-stage filter cartridges and intelligent sensor technology, Yangyu Hydraulic’s variable-frequency filtration system filters particulate contaminants above 25μm in coolant in real time, greatly extending cutting fluid service life and reducing downtime for fluid replacement. Clean coolant improves heat dissipation of cutting tools and raises machining speed by 15%–30%, making the system well-suited for demanding high-precision applications including precision molds and aerospace component production.
